Croods A New Age - Environments
I was always a big fan of the environments on the first Croods film. It was an honor to get the opportunity to model some very iconic environments for the sequel. The Treefly Forest is by far my favorite, I really love all the color. The Frozen Forest was the biggest location I had to tackle and quite happy how it came out. Besides modeling I had to also figure out how the 3 locations within this environment would look like and how they would connect.
Treefly Forest - Responsible for environment model and the giant honeycombs. Excluding the trees.
Beyond the Wall (Treefly Forest) - Responsible for modeling landscape and rock formations only.
Frozen Forest - Responsible for environment model and the frozen geysers. Excluding the trees.
Monkey Town - Responsible for skull and vines wrapped around it.
Rocky Beach - Responsible for environment model.
All other aspects were done by the amazing team at Dreamworks Animation.

Treefly Forest (Beyond the Wall) - Responsible for the landscape beyond the wall, which includes the ground and the rock formations.
